The home offers open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy gathering spots, and a peaceful outdoor deck surrounded by trees and natural boulders.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a newly added loft, Boulder Bliss accommodates families and friends traveling together. The home sleeps up to 12 guests (1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins plus 2 rollaway beds and a sofa bed), with occupancy above 8 guests best suited for families with children, utilizing the sofa bed and rollaway beds.

Guest will have complete, private access to the whole property - every room inside the home as well as the outdoor deck, BBQ area, and yard. Settle in, cook a favorite meal, relax by the fireplace, or unwind outside under the trees.

Other Things to Note:

The cabin was not available January–March 2026 for upgrades and improvements, including a new loft and other updates to improve guest comfort. We're excited to welcome guests back!

🔥 Wild Fire Awareness

Wildfire is part of life in California’s mountain regions. During the fire season (May - Nov) time, wood-burning fires are not permitted on the property for safety reasons. If you are traveling during these months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected events such as smoke, road closures, or evacuations.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Anywhere on the Property

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and cannabis use are NOT permitted anywhere on the property due to the high wildfire risk in our area. Any evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning, odor-removal, or damage charges.

🎉 No Parties or Events

This is a peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood meant for relaxing stays. Large gatherings, events, or parties are not permitted. Please also make sure all guests are registered on the reservation - unregistered visitors require prior approval.

🐾 No Pets Allowed

Pets are not allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fee per stay, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs if applicable.

📹 Security Cameras – Outdoor Only

For safety and property monitoring, the home has exterior-only security cameras located near the front door and around the outside of the house. They do not monitor any interior spaces and are used primarily when the home is unoccupied.

🧹 Housekeeping

Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged ahead of time for an additional fee.

🎆 Fireworks & Firearms

For everyone’s safety and to comply with local regulations, fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property.

🌿 Wildlife & Mountain Environment

Oakhurst is in a mountain area surrounded by trees and natural habitats. With this environment, You may occasionally see wildlife (deer, birds, rabbits, etc.) as well as mountain insect friends like spiders or beetles. We maintain regular pest control, but some encounters with nature are normal for the region. Being a mountain home, you may occasionally hear the house 'settle' or local wildlife moving outside or near the roofline. To keep the critters outside, please be sure to keep doors and windows closed when not in use, as they can quickly find their way inside. Also, please keep food secured and avoid leaving trash or scented items outdoors.
